CONFERENCE TIME
The conference official time is Greenwich Mean Time – 3 hours (GMT-3).

 THE HYBRID FORMAT :
The hybrid format will include a two day live program, which will be a combination of on-site and online presentations. The interactive virtual format will be available for those who may choose to participate from a distance. So you can attend the IAOC conference either on-site or virtually.

 HOW TO JOIN THE CONFERENCE VIRTUALLY:

Once you have completed your virtual participation registration, you will receive your registration confirmation and link to the meeting by email. Please ensure that your valid email is entered correctly on the registration form.

You will receive the link to join the conference and essential information at the email address that is provided on your registration form.

Be sure to check your junk email box too in case any of your virtual event email(s) are caught by spam filters.

DISCUSSION DURING LIVE Q&A:
We encourage you to ask questions to the speakers during the Live Q&A. Your question will be received by the chairperson of the session and he\she will select from the questions received.

Participants and exhibitors are kindly requested to wear their badges  and face masks throughout the conference.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:
Certificate of Attendance will be available for participants to print or download after 10 days after the completion of  the conference.

LANGUAGE:
The official language of the conference is English.
Translation into Spanish will be provided.

SAFETY AND SECURITY:
Please do not leave any bags or suitcases unattended at any time, whether inside or outside session halls.

INSURANCE:
The organizers will not be responsible for individual, medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are advised to take out their own personal insurance policies.
